Since our IPO in April 2024, Helix has made tremendous strides in executing our vision and delivering value to our shareholders. We have demonstrated our ability to overcome challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and establish ourselves as a leader in helium exploration.
Our journey began with the drilling of the Clink #1 well in Rosebud County, followed by the acquisition of the exciting and potentially transformational Rudyard Project, within which we have identified four wells with high commercial potential.
Building on the early efforts of the team in mapping the Rudyard Project, we drilled the Darwin #1 well in Hill County, Montana, which was a turning point for the company. Darwin #1 proved to be a commercial success, far exceeding our expectations in both flow rates and the scale of the structure. This discovery has significantly expanded our helium play, enabling us to develop a project capable of supporting multiple wells feeding into a centralised helium processing plant.
With the Rudyard Field emerging as a world-class primary helium exploration play, we are excited about its continued potential, especially following the positive results from Darwin #1, Linda #1 and Weil #1. We continue to progress the 2025 drilling programme, with Inez #1 completed and awaiting results.
In parallel, we are making steady progress on the critical infrastructure needed to support sustained production. Our acquisition of a helium processing plant at exceptional value is a key milestone. Refurbishment, led by Wikota Design and their engineering team, is well underway and on track. We are in the process of relocating the plant to Rudyard during H2 2025, which will mark a pivotal step toward establishing Helix as a leading helium producer within the United States.
Looking forward, our strategy remains grounded in value creation. We are selective in our approach, pursuing only projects that demonstrate strong commercial merit and the potential for long-term impact. Our disciplined execution positions Helix to become the first helium producer in the State of Montana, an achievement we are immensely proud of.
