Mr Sears currently serves as the President of H2Helium LLC since 2020 and Oklahoma Oil Company since 2019, the latter merged with Inter-American Corporation, both established by his father, Wheeler M Sears. Previously he was Chief Technical Officer at The Edelgas Group from 2022-2023, and President of Weil Helium LLC from 2012-2019. Mr Sears graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1994 with a BSc in Political Science and Government, followed by an MBA from the University of Dallas in 2002. He published ‘Helium: The Disappearing Element’ in 2015.

Mr. Spickelmier currently serves as Co-Founder and Chairman of Sintana Energy Inc. (TSXV: SEI), a Canadian-listed company with hydrocarbon assets in Colombia, Namibia, and Angola, and an enterprise value of approximately $175 million. He is also Executive Chairman of Discovery Energy, which holds a 580,000-acre license in the Cooper Basin, Southern Australia, and a Board Member of Bergundy Exploration, active on Alaska’s North Slope. Previously, he founded Westside Energy Corp. in 2003, leading it to a successful exit in 2008 in a transaction valued at approximately $230 million. He also co-founded JK Acquisition Corp., a SPAC listed on the American Stock Exchange, which raised $80 million in its IPO. Mr. Keith earned a B.A. from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and a J.D. from the University of Houston. Before his entrepreneurial career, he practiced law for over a decade and became a partner at Verner, Liipfert, Bernhard, McPherson and Hand, grounding his approach to governance and deal structuring.

Mr Ciardiello is a natural resources specialist with over 20 years’ experience. He currently leads Anexus CFO, a fractional CFO service for clients in the natural resources sector. Previous roles include CFO positions at Thermolic and Gura Gear, and he founded and served as CEO of Poplar Resources LLC, an oil & gas exploration and production company, where he led a nitrogen-enhanced oil recovery project in an established Montana oilfield while pursuing helium exploration in the field’s deeper zones. He has also served as CFO of NASDAQ-listed Magellan Petroleum Corporation, with assets spanning Montana, Australia and the UK. Mr Ciardiello holds a BA from Harvard University and is a CFA charterholder.

Mr Peters currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Blue Star Helium Ltd since 2023 and Chief Operating Officer at Edelgas Group since 2022. Additionally, he is a Director at Disruptive Resources LLC, his consultancy vehicle, since 2021. Previously he was employed at Praxair Inc (subsequently Linde PLC following a merger in 2018) from 2001-2019; he commenced as North American Marketing Manager and culminated as Director of North American Helium. Mr Peters’ early career was spent working in a family-owned industrial gas distributor. He graduated from Valparaiso University in 1986 with a BSc Marketing, followed by an MBA Operations from Loyola University in 1992.
